The Link between the PLDC and the United Nations--Agenda 21

Aloha Kakou,

I have reason to believe that this land-grab stuff is not going to go away any time soon; even if Act 55 is repealed. Here's why:

In 2007 there was an attempt to establish a powerful land-controlling council just like this PLDC, that would have made all land-use decisions in Hawaii. It was embedded in the Hawaii 2050 Sustainability Plan; and was called the Sustainability Council . It would have acted under the auspice of administering sustainable development in Hawaii. Like the PLDC, it would have been appointed by the Governor...not elected. It would be accountable  to no one..

Having studied the plan, I realized it was frightfully corrupt and could best be described as a coup d'etat, if the legislature were to pass it into law. Later, when I learned about Agenda 21, I realized that is exactly what it was--a coup. The Plan itself was a farce. Simply: There was no plan....other than establishing the so called 'sustainability council.' The Plan never mentioned that it was a product of The United Nations Agenda 21. Back then it was all kind of strange. Today it makes perfect sense.
The effort to push this "sustainability plan" into law was spearheaded by then-Senator Russel Kokubun.

The 2007 legislature determined that the HI 2050 Plan needed further study, and tasked the College of Social Science and Public Policy, at the U.H. to the job. After two years a revised Plan was resubmitted to the legislature; and in this version, the powerful Sustainability Council had been removed. . (Please see here for more.). In the end, the HI 2050 Sustainability Plan was passed into law by the 2010 Legislature, without the SustainabilityCouncil.

Except, without the Council, the Plan had no teeth. So my guess is that this PLDC is a second attempt to give "The Plan'" teeth.
These people putting this crazy stuff together are determined, which is why I think they will be back for another stab at it.

The question is: "Who's they?"

While I dont have the answer to 'who', the whole thing begins to make sense when you connect the dots to Agenda 21--the United Nations comprehensive plan for Earth in the 21st century.

Agenda 21, in conjunction with a related ' Wildlands Project'*, is resulting in wild land-grabs all across the United States; just like we see, being attempted, here in Hawaii. This is made possible by our federal government, who are cooperating with the U.N. to implement this agenda...nation wide. I know. It's unbelievable...but it's true.
For a primer (or I should say "a jolt") check out this video: Agenda 21 for Dummies. There's a lot more on line to explore. Some of it is pretty scary.

Below: For a more-rational presentation, that explains how Agenda 21 gets from the United Nations to us, this lecture is very good:.
To be fair, here's a document: Agenda 21, Just the Facts that dispells the 'myths'of these videos. (You make the call.)

So, we are not alone. This thing is national,; if not global. And I think we're not done yet:

Did you see the part in the videos that talked about child education (or indoctrination)  ...and kidnapping a generation? Well, Governor Abercrombie introduced a package of bills, this 2013 session, related to "early learning" that makes me nervous.. Some of those are SB1084, SB1093, SB1095. (More on this topic later.) If I'm wrong about this, and his intentions are good, then OK...I'm sorry. But after his enthusiastic support of ACT 55, I'm not sure he deserves the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it's a false alarm; but we are talking about our keki ha'nau o ka aina here, so....

THE GOOD NEWS is that many communities across the U.S. are fighting the U.N. agenda and winning. There is a unified movement under foot, to remove U.N. policy from local governments. Some state legislatures are banning Agenda 21 from their states.
Maybe we should do that here.

Thanks for checking out this post.. I just though, with the big picture, of what's going on nationally and globally, we all would be better equipped to deal with what's going on in Hawaii nei.

That's it......mahalo

If you want to see real people being affected by the Agenda 21, here's a video of residents of Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks of North Carolina who have lost access to their local beaches. From the looks of it, they are unaware of Agenda 21, at the time this was shot:
